CryptoGM Review – Best Crypto Broker or Not?

CryptoGM is a broker who offers unique type of trading assets to the crypto enthusiasts. If you haven’t seen their asset class, then you have no idea about the kind of opportunities it presents.

While their platform seems reliable, surprisingly there is no testimonials about them on the web. If you are on the fence trying to decide whether or not to deposit on to this brokerage, then continue reading our detailed review.

We are going to walk you through every aspect of this broker. CryptoGM Review

Licenses, Regulation and Customer Support

Though the cryptos for the most part is unregulated, it is always a wise decision to stick with regulated entities only. While you may not get much advantage in terms of leverage, the trading conditions for the most part will not have a conflict of interest.

Not all unregulated exchanges are frauds, but in the last century they have notorious history of looting the newbies in the name of investments. CryptoGM is operated by Major Technologies and MajorBizDev limited who is registered in Ireland.

However, they do not appear to be a regulated body and there are no details about this matter on their website. If you have any questions left unanswered in this review, then you can reach the support team of this platform via telephone and email.

Due to a shortage of feedback from existing clients, we cannot comment anything on their efficiency. Here are the contact details.

Charting Solution and Leverage

CryptoGM is not integrated with MT4 and 5 platforms which means they are web based platform. The software runs on any device with an active internet connection. However, there are a few downsides to it as well.

For starters, anyone who is used to Expert Advisors won’t be able to execute the trades which might turn out to be a deal breaker. Moreover, we don’t know if they offer social trading or not. In short, unless you are interested in manual trading this platform will not be suitable for you.

The leverage in cryptocurrency trading is generally low, but the lesser leverage means it will be ideal for the newbies. After all, leverage has the power to amplify your gains and if it breaks the other way, it might end up costing your whole account. Always stick with risk management basics and unless you have mathematical edge, it is not worth taking any trade.

Asset Class and Trading Conditions

CryptoGM offers the biggest asset class we have ever seen in a long time. All the instruments are traded against BTC and the list includes all of the major markets from US500 to Gold along with traditional forex pairs.

One thing is for sure, regardless of the kind of trader you are, this broker has something to offer to everyone in the crypto sphere. The only complaint we have is that, they have not specified the exact margin amount required to open a trading position.

Remember, the margin requirements changes constantly and it is very much needed to take pre calculated risks. So, get in touch with the support team to keep an eye on this matter and as long as there is constant communication, it shouldn’t be a big problem.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is not specified on their platform. Payments methods used by them are major credit or debit cards and wire transfers. It would have been great if they also had online payment options like Skrill or Paypal as a major part of the population uses them.

Moreover, they have not stated the time required for them to process withdrawals as well. Generally the time required for wire transfers can go upto 14 days, but for the exact updates on the withdrawal, it is best to get in touch with their support team.

CryptoGM Review Conclusion

CryptoGM offers unique set of advantages along with some drawbacks to the clients. Most of the people who love cryptos would definitely love the option it provides. However, due to unavailability of semi-automated systems, it has a narrow audience.

On the flip side, since they are unregulated the safety of your funds is not up to the mark and we do not know if they have negative balance protection which is also an important aspect.

Ultimately, it all comes down to your preference, but if you have to stick with them, then test them out with minimum capital to see whether they meet your expectations.

  1. I opened an account, deposited £200, got a phone call, then got assigned a personal advisor, put my money on a few stocks and shares with the advisors advise. anyway decided it wasn’t for me, tried to withdraw the money, got a phone call asking me why and was told ok it will be withdrawn, few weeks pass, no money in my bank! and when I try to contact them I hear nothing! now says no money available to withdraw but the money is still on my cryptogm account. Then I get a phone call from a guy that sounds exactly the same saying to get my money I need to deposit on another site to allow the money to be transferred over. definitely a scam.

      1. How did you get your money back? Beginning to think I won’t and really need it now. Also sick of the non stop phone calls.

    1. Hi Uma
Send them your BTC wallet address. They will send the funds over there
They have assisted me with the BTC wallet and transferring to my bank account as well. Ask them to help you, they were very helpful when I started with the trading

      1. Hi Christopher,
How did you contact them? as it seems to me they don’t answer the phone and my emails don’t get answered since yesterday!
        Thank you

  2. A few weeks ago I started trading with a small deposit of 250.00. Initially nobody contacted me and needless to say I begun to loose money. A guy called Ken Novac came along and made a promise of helping me retrieve the amount I had lost and, as a person of his word that is exactly what he did. I was going to invest a larger amount but then got cold feet and now just trade with the small amount I invested at the beginning. Time will only tell but I certainly don’t have any issues or problems with Ken Novac or his company.

  3. There is nothing wrong with cryptogm, I highly recommend working with them actually. My account manager provides updates and helps me to build my way in the unexplained world of crypto. Thanks to the guidance I have made nice profits in the last 5 months and looking forward for the future movements of this new market
Now my withdrawals go smoothly, it can take time but eventually the money always arrive. First time was the hardest and took longer than expected and reaching them over the phone was difficult. You should use emails
There is so much lack of knowledge and uncertainty in the crypto world and people think something unknown or unexplained is a scam. I don’t like to see the comments here of people ruining a good name of a company
Bottom line, I recommend working with them and also my brother opened an account

  4. Ken Kovak from CryptoGM is continually phoning me because i withdrew my money and told them to flick off
my opinion of this company is tehy are a flicking nuisance and are impossible to get away from i will resort to reporting them to the POLICE for HARASSMENT and making my life a misery causing me stress and al

  6. My situation is very similar to others who have experienced difficulties withdrawing their initial deposits. Withdrawal requests and several on-line requests are just being ignored. I’ve tried calling but get a number unobtainable message.
I also had the hard sell routine from my adviser Harvey King, urging me to up my stake to $5000, which I was not prepared to do. Since requesting my money back, nothing,

    2. Hi Mr. Peter Foster,
Did you get your money back from CryptoGM?
I invested yesterday and would like to have some withdraws but can’t reach them.

  7. I think its just a scam. They take your money and disappear, yet when they want your money, they hound you every minute of the day.

  8. I have been trading with cryptogm for a couple of months and I had a gut feeling that made me doubt.
But to my surprise they refunded all my money when I wanted to close my account.. So everything is oke with them. With me anyhow. You have to persist in wanting the withdrawal and then it will come.
I think what you also can do is make a wallet on blockchain.com. You can trade there with your own self controlled wallet.
Buy bitcoin when the BTC value is low and sell when it’s high. You can park the money safely on USD PAX where there is no fluctuations in value. When BTC is low you can buy and when it’s high you sell and park on the PAX. You can swap from BTC to PAX and back. It’s easy.

    2. Can i ask how you closed your account? I’m currently looking at doing that since i signed up on a whim but now i’m having ‘buyers remorse’. only issue is that the website is very confusing for me to navigate

  9. I use cryptogm I deposited US 250 they said it declined and it would be returned so after a day so i deposited another US 250 it went into the account straightaway I called the bank they said the first lot got transferred to there account cryptogm said it didn’t… and they won’t do anything about it I tried to do to withdraw and it just told me to fill a form out and I would be contacted nobody has contacted me it’s been a month so nothing has made me think it’s not a scam!

    1. I think you have to be really persistent with this company i.e. constant emails requesting your money. I told them I would make their customer service public via facebook, Youtube etc if I did not receive my money. They explained that due to system difficulties they were unable to return money back to clients bank/credit card accounts and due to this they had a build up of clients waiting to have their money returned via other means and this was causing the delay. They could not be more helpful and guided me through the process of transferring my money into my bank account.

          1. Hi Taylor, I am having the same trouble, I deposited $250.00, only did one day of trading, made a tiny profit, but decided it was not for me, following a telephone call with my account manager the next day, he went through the process of withdrawing the money – so far, no refund on my card, no responses to emails, and the telephone number is not in existance, so I am thinking scam. what is Local Bitcoin, can you advise where I can go from here to get my refund. Many thanks.

          2. Hi Sharon,
Your situation is very similar to mine.
Basically Cryptogym changed my money into bitcoins and guided me through the process of selling them on LocalBitcoin which is a trading company where you can buy and sell bitcoins. There is a list of traders and my manager chose one with a good reputation and price and the transaction went through very quickly – within 5 minutes the trader had transferred the amount in GPB to my bank account. I would advise you not to give up, they have your money… keep at them via email (you will get nowhere by phone).
            Best of Luck!

          3. Hi Taylor, many thanks I will contact my manager again a and see if they can do the same. Have a good day regards Sharon

          4. Hi Taylor, just sent another email to my manager and now it has bounced back saying emails are not valid, it looks like it has been a scam and I have lost my money. Will have to try another route, as you say no pint in telephoning them.

            Regards Sharon
