CryptoGM is not integrated with MT4 and 5 platforms which means they are web based platform. The software runs on any device with an active internet connection. However, there are a few downsides to it as well.

CryptoGM offers unique set of advantages along with some drawbacks to the clients. Most of the people who love cryptos would definitely love the option it provides. However, due to unavailability of semi-automated systems, it has a narrow audience.
On the flip side, since they are unregulated the safety of your funds is not up to the mark and we do not know if they have negative balance protection which is also an important aspect.

I opened an account after seeing the huge potential of bitcoin. Ok so this whole message will be going viral
Just signed up with them and decided it wasn’t for me and requested to withdraw my funds. I called them on the number their agent used to call me initially. I was then told he was in ‘a meeting’ and he would call me in an hour. I knew that was a lie, so I cut off and called back 30 minutes later and asked to speak to him directly, only to be told he will call me in two hours. I wasn’t about to be given the run around as they said I had to speak to him first before he could issue my refund. So I demanded to speak to someone else, who miraculously said she could issue the refund. I checked my internet banking and called my bank to confirm that the money wasn’t taken out and they cancelled the transaction. She seemed rather annoyed that I was phoning to ask for my money back but just be persistent and you can get your money back.
I asked several times for my money back and then my balance suddenly says 0 now and no more replies from them.
It is disappointing to see how you are trying to put a bad review. There are many times I called and my account manager was in a meeting. He called me back once he got free. You called and got an answer, you didn’t wait and got an answer again. That’s amazing, there is always a representative that will take our calls. You don’t need to be persistent, just open a withdrawal request and send them an email if you want, just to follow up. Had to reply to this review, upsets me

The mobile platform is a user friendly. I am pleased to say I am happy with the service I get with my assistant.
All of my deposits and withdrawals are done through the bitcoin wallet without any issues. The only thing that bothers is the procedure, but it goes away after the great results I achieve in my account
I read the negative reviews and I have to say, the best way to communicate with an online service provider, I think with any online business, is through the email. I managed to reach them by phone many times, but still prefer to send an email as I know it has a record.
