The Mining Express website domain (“miningexpress.com”) was first registered in January, 2004. The domain registration details were last updated in August, 2017, suggesting this is when the current anonymous owner(s) took possession of it. Mining Express promotional material claims Kaze Fuziyama is the owner of Mining Express.

Mining Express affiliates are paid to recruit new affiliates who invest.

Residual Commissions

Mining Express pay residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.

A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

Mining Express affiliates are paid a 5% commission on new investment volume on their weaker binary side.

Note that Mining Express do not clarify whether residual binary commissions are paid daily, weekly or monthly.

Matching Bonuses

Mining Express pay a Matching Bonus on recruitment and residual binary commissions and mining contract ROI earnings.

The Matching Bonus is paid out via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

The Matching Bonus for both recruitment and residual binary commissions are capped down five unilevel team levels.

• These are paid daily to qualified affiliates whenever 2500 CV is reached. To qualify an affiliates needs to have directly signed up two affiliates that are purchased the “Standard” package.

• Beginner – Nothing

• Standard – 6% to a daily limit of $1600

• Professional – 7% to a daily limit of $2000

• Elite – 8% to a daily limit of $3000

• Master – 10% to a daily limit of $3500

Conclusion

I bought a 100$ plan and after 2 months all of my BTC mined was worth 4$ (BTC price 11.8k$), so my payback period is at least 25 months with a stable price of BTC. It’s worth it to add that I bought a plan for 0.01271035 BTC, so my payback period in BTC is 4 years and I should get the previously mentioned 200% after 8 years without counting the halving in May 2020 and constantly growing mining difficulty. The dashboard of the website looks like “invest your money you will get a lambo click fast now don’t miss the opportunity!” The only verifiable source of revenue entering Mining Express is the new affiliate investment.

Using newly invested funds to pay existing Mining Express affiliates a “fixed daily bonus” makes Mining Express a Ponzi scheme.

Even if proof of Mining Express’ mining facilities and use of externally generated funds to pay affiliates surfaced, the company provides no evidence that it has registered with security regulators in any jurisdiction it operates in. Thus, at the very least, Mining Express is an illegal unregistered securities offering in any country where securities are regulated. For me it’s an obvious SCAM. I don’t think that I will have the possibility to withdraw my money.
