PrimaryCrypto.com Review (Primary Crypto = SCAM!)

Primary Crypto (PrimaryCrypto.com) is an investment firm that claims its goal is “to develop and secure channels of investment that enable individuals to take responsibility for their savings.” They provide their customers with tools and information that will allegedly allow them to invest money “independently and successfully with minimal risk and minor fees.”

Should you invest with Primary Crypto, or is this a misleading investment opportunity, perhaps even a scam? This is exactly the question we will address during this PrimaryCrypto.com review.

PrimaryCrypto.com Review

The first thing we need to find out when trying to determine the legitimacy of an investment company is who is behind it. What’s the name of the company? Are they licensed to offer investment advice? Where are they located? How can one contact them? You definitely don’t want to invest money with an anonymous company.

According to PrimaryCrypto.com, the team who runs this site “includes former high-level financial experts, successful floor trading veterans, and some of the most highly-skilled analytic minds in the financial sector.” No names are mentioned.

The domain PrimaryCrypto.com was registered on October 26, 2017. A privacy package was purchased which makes it impossible to find out the identity of the person or company who registered the domain.

In the footer, after a lengthy disclaimer which states they assume no responsibility for loss of your deposited funds, a name of a Slovakia company is disclosed: Dwork LTD. They are said to be located at Horna 54, Banska Bystrica, 97401, Slovakia.

We were able to confirm this by searching for “dwork” on orsr.sk, the Slovak Republic Business Register. The company is called Dwork s.r.o. and it’s a private limited liability company (ID 51 215 411) registered on November 21, 2017. The address is indeed Horná 54 Banská Bystrica 974 01. The sole managing director is Ing. Jozef Kremnický from Jelenia 1, Bratislava – mestská časť Staré Mesto 811 05.

Interestingly, in Jozef Kremnický’s other operation (nextlevelservice.sk), he seems less concerned about his anonymity.

How can one contact PrimaryCrypto.com?

According to the site’s contact, their office is located in England, specifically in the following address: 24 Percy Street, London, UK W1T2BS. A phone number (+442038080044) and an email address (support@primarycrypto.com) are provided, as well as a contact form.

Now that we know who is behind this operation, let’s take a closer look at what exactly they are offering.

Primary Crypto is a cryptocurrency investment firm which also provides education, market news, data and analysis. They offer a web-based trading platform with “a choice of over 200 assets, an array of 20 adjustable technical indicators, and a direct feed from the best data suppliers in the industry.”

Deposits can be made in USD or Euro. The minimum deposit amount is 100.

The education corner offers a minimalistic explanation of cryptocurrencies and a few videos embedded from different YouTube channels. No original content is provided.

Primary Crypto Scam

After going over the PrimaryCrypto.com website, we are not impressed to say the least. It seems that the site is ran by a one person company, and not be a serious investment firm. The site is brand new (4 months at the time of posting this).

The information provided on the site is lacking. Not even a clue regarding what kind of trading is offered – whether it is binary options, CFDs or cryptocurrency trading.

According to SimilarWeb, the site is not at all popular with the exception of Norway, where it is ranked 108,321 as of February 2018.

The conclusion of our review is that you ought not to trust Primary Crypto. We believe it is most likely a scam.

Review Verdict: Primary Crypto should NOT be trusted!

  1. After Depositing 300eur I made a profit of only 600eur in 2months much less then I was expecting and after seeing this post I made a WD of the whole 900eur, took me 4 days to receive my WD.

Now im starting to feel like I made a mistake and that John Brailsford gave me false information.

    1. John Brailsford

Why should I give false information Donna?
i see there is another John putting out similar information to myself.
Checkout Primary Crypto with the FCA:- Financial Conduct Authority 0800 111 6768
THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED AND THEREFORE TRADING ILLEGALLY

    2. You haven’t made a mistake. I can at the very least tell you that their website claims they’re based at 24 Percy St in London which they most certainly do not because that’s where I work! And if you call the number on their website it doesn’t go anywhere. I think you’ve had a lucky escape!

I am working with primarycrypto for 4 months i have invested 21350 euro. I already made withdrawals of 47500 euros so far my balance in the account is 15000 euros as of today i am very happy with Primarycrypto and i will recommend them to my friends and family i know they are a great company my manager name is Eric Fisher

  3. John Brailsford

All the tricks of the trade…
Never mind the comments the main thing is that the company is not registerd with the FCA so it is trading illegally and a trader is not master of his account as he cnnot withdraw without the agreement of Primary Crypto.

  4. Some one here must be making up something and its very odd that both of you are named John saying the exact same thing.

And wow finding the actual receptionist of the building in a article.

You guys make me laugh, i am working with primary for over 6 months with a broker named Ben

and i am very happy with the service, and im sorry if you are real people but it just seems odd

    1. Warning: This is a fake comment, posted by someone using the same IP as the one used by “Larry James” below.

      1. Thank you for confirming that Admin. I was going to comment on how uncommon the name John is but I won’t bother now!

  5. John Brailsford

You also have no justdiction over your account. One can apply to withdraw funds but it is up to Primary Crypto whether or not the funds are actually transferred. On an account valued at 0.83 BTC I applied for 0.5 BTC and received 0.05!!!! Nothing I can do about it.
Eric Fisher said that he was the financial manager and the account should not be decimated as bitcoin was on the rise…..
Definitely a scam in my book

    1. My account manager kept saying he’d approved my withdrawal request but he was just straight up lying. I never received a penny and then now my account is closed, my emails seem to be blocked and the phone numbers they used to call me on no longer work. Very angry, was hoping to at least find an address without booking a trip to Slovakia.

  6. About not existing i am sure it is false, about receiving my funds i invested 6,000 GBP and already withdrew 1,200 GBP profit!

    1. I’d be interested to hear what happens if you ask to withdraw your initial £6,000 investment. I can assure you that Primary Crypto are a scam company using my company address as their headquarters. As I said below, the relevant authorities are dealing with this.

    2. John Brailsford

That means they still have £4800 of your money.
The FCA also told me that the company is not registered which means trading is illegal.

  7. John Brailsford

I tried to visit them at 24 Percy St and was told they are not resident there. Eric Fisher supposed to run my account not prepared to transfer me the balance on my account after I put in a request.Said he had to go to Australia which obviously avoided meeting me and a visit to Percy St!

    1. John what you said is very odd since i did actually go there and was welcomed by a very nice lady called Maria, explaining i can not go in to the trading room and my broker came out to greet me.

      1. Larry James, what building did you go to? Because I have worked at their supposed HQ at 24 Percy St for 18 years and we have no one called Maria and no trading room!

      2. John Brailsford

Well thank your lucky stars Larry. Eric Fischer refused to transfer me the credit on my account. There are still about 0.78 BTC on the account worth about $7000 which I can whistle for. The receptionist at 24 Percy St said she had been there for 17 years and to the best of her knowledge no such firm is resident there.

        1. You’re absolutely correct John Brailsford. We have a team of 3 Receptionists who share 10, 17 and 19 years with the company. They know absolutely everyone (and none of them are named Maria!)
I’m truly sorry you have fell victim to this awful scam.

    2. I’ve tried to keep up to date with this scam company and subscribed to the emails. I notice their new address is based in Slovakia after their fake address at the building where I work in 24 Percy St, London. I truly hope no one else falls for this scam.

  8. 100% a scam. I work in the building where Primary Crypto are alleged to be based and we have not heard of them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They DO NOT exist! It has been reported to the authorities.
